PRESIDENT & PRINCIPAL LAND SURVEYOR

Mr. Ray is our President and Principal Land Surveyor and is actively engaged in all projects of our firm. As a Registered Land Surveyor with 38 years of experience on projects in Kansas and Missouri, John provides the expertise needed for residential and commercial developments. John started his career with Payne & Brockway right after high school as a member of our survey crews and became a partner of the firm in 1984 and elected President in 2003.

John has extensive experience in the field of land surveying including ALTA/ACSM Land Surveying, Research of Documents for Land Acquisition, Topographic Surveying, Platting, FEMA Elevation Certificates and Construction Layout. He is responsible for all quality control aspects of our firm. John has worked hand and hand with City, State & County officials and Land Developers to insure all standards and guidelines are meet. His knowledge and expertise in Johnson County and the surrounding areas is beneficial in helping us meet our client's expectations.
